provisions of the	Adelaide Sewers Act, " 1878, as amended
by this Act.

Act No. 416 of 1887, " An Act relating to the Adelaide Sewers," and section 10 of the " Adelaide Sewers Act," 1878, are repealed; and in lieu thereof it is enacted that, from and after the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and two, all interest beconling due in respect of sewers loans s l d l bc a charge upon and paid out of sewerage rates.
