An Act rclating to the Adelaide Sewers.

HEREAS it is desirable to make the meaning of section 10 Pnamble.

Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Australia, by	W of the Adelaide Sewers Act " more dear-Be it therefore
and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Housc of Assembly of the said province, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:

1, This Act shall be incorporated and read as one with the ~ncorp~ration.

2. Section 10 of the Adelaide Sewers Act applies, and has always Meaning of section
