1, Part I. of section 86 of '' The Adelaide City. Port, and Sub- Repeal of Part I. of sec. 36 of Act 3 of

urban TVaterworks Act" is hereby repe*aled. 1874.

2, In thcb interpretation of, and for the purposes of The .Lnterpretdtion-

Adelaide City, Port, and Suburban Waterworks Act," and all amendments thereof, the expression, " water area " shall include a11 those laiicis and messuages, the bounclaries whereof arc men- tioned or described in the Schedule hereto.

3, This Act, except the last two preceding sections, shall apply only Act only to apply to such water areas as
