ment ioned A c t t he r i gh t to m a k e addi t ional condi t ional purchases of Crown L a n d s was l imited to condit ional purchases of Crown Lands n o t exceeding two h u n d r e d and eighty acres and the i r legal alienees and to holders in fee-simple of lands g ran ted by the Crown not exceeding t h e aforesaid area a n d i t is expedient to remove such doubts Be i t therefore enacted by t h e Queen ' s Mos t Exce l l en t Majes ty by and wi th t h e advice and consent of t he Legislat ive Counci l and Legis la t ive Assembly of N e w Sou th Wales in P a r l i a m e n t assembled and by the

au thor i ty of t he same as fo l lows:—
1. E r o m and after the t e n t h day of A u g u s t in t he year one

thousand e ight h u n d r e d and seventy-five section twenty-one of t h e " C r o w n Lands Al ienat ion A c t of 1 8 6 1 " shall be read as if wherever the words " two hundred and e ighty " occur the words " six hund red " and wherever t h e words " th ree hund red and t w e n t y " occur t he words " s i x hund red and f o r t y " had been expressed A n d in l ike m a n n e r in section twen ty - two of t he said Act t he words " six h u n d r e d " and " six h u n d r e d and forty " shall be subs t i tu ted for t h e words " two hund red

and e i g h t y " and " t h r e e h u n d r e d and t w e n t y " respectively.
2. This Ac t m a y be cited as t he " A d d i t i o n a l Condi t ional
