An Act to appropriate further sums for the service of the years ended the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and six and the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and seven for purposes of Additions, New Works, Buildings, &c.

[Assented to 3rd June, 1908.]

Preamble.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Eepresentatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, for the purpose of appropriating the grant originated in the House of Representatives, as follows :—

Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the Additional Appropriation (Works and Buildings) Act 1905-6 and 1906-7.

Appropriation of £1,900.

2. The sum of One thousand nine hundred pounds which has been issued from the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the service of the year ended the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and six, shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from the date of the passing of the Act No. 1 of 1905 for the purposes and services expressed in the First Schedule to this Act.

Appropriation of £59,907.

3. The sum of Fifty-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-seven pounds which has been issued from the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the service of the year ended the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and seven, shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from the date of the passing of the Act No. 1 of 1906 for the purposes and services expressed in the the Second Schedule to this Act.
