Application for approval of the Adbri Masonry (Moorebank) Union Collective Agreement 2009.
[1] Being satisfied that the requirements of ss.185, 186, 187 and 188 have been met, Fair Work Australia approves the Agreement. The nominal expiry date is 30 June 2012.
[2] In accordance with ss.202(4) and 205(2), the model terms are taken to be terms of the Agreement.
[3] The Agreement covers the Australian Workers’ Union in accordance with s.183.
