AD/VG-RV/1 Elevator Trim Tab Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/VG-RV/1.

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 27 August 2009.

Background:

This AD, raised in 1989, required an inspection and modification to the elevator trim tab horn following report of failure of rivets attaching the horn to the tab.

Compliance was required prior to 28 February 1990.

As all affected aircraft would have been inspected, and, if necessary, modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
