AD/TSA-600/44 Flap Actuator Attachment Brackets Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/TSA-600/44.

Aerostar (Piper/Ted Smith) 600 and 700 Series Aeroplanes

AD/TSA-600/44 Flap Actuator Attachment Brackets 6/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 4 June 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD specified inspection of the flap actuator brackets within 100 hours time in service, or within one year, whichever occurred first, after November 1995.  The inspection was not based on a service document.  The AD is no longer required.
