AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/TPE 331/43 Amdt 2.

AD/TPE 331/43 Amdt 2 Fuel Manifold Assembly P/N 3102469-2 10/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 24 September 2009.

Background:

This AD specified replacement of fuel manifold assemblies in accordance with Alert SB No. A73-0198 within 50 hours time in service after May 1996.  This Alert SB is mandated in USA AD 93-02-01.  The same modification is specified in
AD/TPE 331/43 and AD/TPE 331/51.  Both ADs are no longer required and will be cancelled.
