AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/TPE 331/4.

AD/TPE 331/4 Propeller Pitch Control - Modification 10/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 24 September 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD specified action in accordance with Airesearch SB No. 7.  The AD was issued in 1967 and compliance was required forthwith.  The AD is no longer required.
