AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/TBM 700/41 Amdt 1.

AD/TBM 700/41 Amdt 1 Pilot Door Locking Fittings 21/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This airworthiness directive is cancelled on 20 October 2009.
Background:	A State of Design airworthiness directive issued on or after 1 October 2009 is defined as an airworthiness directive per CASR Part 39.001A.  The requirements of this airworthiness directive are contained in EASA AD 2009-0214 issued 06 October 2009.
