AD/TB10/1 Amdt 4 Airworthiness Limitations Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/TB10/1 Amdt 4.

AD/TB10/1 Amdt 4 Airworthiness Limitations 8/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 30 July 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD specified fatigue-related inspections and retirement lives.  The inspections are now detailed in the maintenance manuals.  Retirement lives are published in the airworthiness limitations section of the maintenance manuals so the AD duplicated the effect of Civil Aviation Orders, Section 100.5, sub-section 9.  The AD is no longer required.
