AD/SWSA226/37 Fuselage, Lower L.H Cargo Area Belt Frames Inspection and Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/SWSA226/37.

AD/SWSA226/37 Fuselage, Lower L.H. Cargo Area Belt Frames - Inspection and Modification 8/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 30 July 2009.

Background:

This AD, raised in 1981 against Fairchild Swearingen Service Bulletin (SB) SB
No. 53-007, required an inspection for cracks and modification to the cargo door lower belt frames at the cargo latch receptacles.

The requirements for this AD are contained in AD/SWSA226/84, so this AD is cancelled.
