AD/SUPP/7 Amdt 1 Conversion of Breeze Hoist P/N BL-16600 to P/N Bl-16600-110 or -120 Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/SUPP/7 Amdt 1.

to P/N BL-16600-110 or -120 4/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 9 April 2009.

Background:

This unique Australian AD was raised in 1987 requiring a modification to Breeze Hoist P/No. BL-16600 because of hoist failures induced by excessive loads.  Compliance was required before installation in an aircraft after 31 March 1987.

As all affected hoists would have been inspected, and, if necessary, modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
