AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/SEATS/3.

AD/SEATS/3 Sicma Passenger Seats 10/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 25 September 2008.
Background:	This unique Australian AD, issued in 1988, required modification to Sicma seats lap belt attachments following a turbulence incident involving an Australian Operator.  The AD required compliance prior to 30 November 1988.  As all affected seats would have been modified and are probably no longer in service, this AD is no longer required.
