AD/S-PUMA/81 Fuselage Intermediate Gearbox Fairing Gutter Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/S-PUMA/81.

Gearbox Fairing Gutter 1/2010

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 11 January 2010.
Background:	A State of Design airworthiness directive issued on or after 1 October 2009 is defined as an airworthiness directive per CASR Part 39.001A.  The requirements of this airworthiness directive, which referred to EASA AD 2008-0219-E, have been superseded by EASA AD 2009-0275-E dated 21 December 2009.
