AD/S-76/2 Engine Oil Filler Service Door Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/S-76/2.

AD/S-76/2 Engine Oil Filler Service Door - Modification 7/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 2 July 2009.

Background:

This AD, raised in 1979 against Sikorsky CSB No. 76-53-3, required a modification to provide a back-up method for securing the engine oil filler service door.  Compliance was required within 100 hours TIS after 30 September 1979.

As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
