AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/ROTAX/12.

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 27 August 2009.

Background:

Further investigation by the manufacturer has determined that the actions detailed in this AD were not the root cause of engine in this case as previously determined.

The actions detailed in AD/ROTAX/19 supersede the requirements of this AD.
