Ad/Rock-114/8 - Pilot and Front Passenger Seats - Modification - Cancelled (Cth)
AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE
On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/ROCK-114/8.
Gulfstream (Rockwell) 114 Series Aeroplanes
| AD/ROCK-114/8 | Pilot and Front Passenger Seats - Modification | 10/2008 |
Requirement: | CANCELLED. |
| This AD is cancelled on 25 September 2008. | |
Background: | This unique Australian AD, raised in 1978 against Rockwell International Service Bulletin (SB) No. SB-114-9, required a modification by installation of a placard on the pilot and front seat seatbacks indicating an additional passenger safety procedure during take-off and landing. Compliance was within 100 hours TIS after 30 June 1978. As and all affected aircraft would have been modified by now, this AD is no longer required. |
