AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/ROCK-114/8.

Gulfstream (Rockwell) 114 Series Aeroplanes

AD/ROCK-114/8 Pilot and Front
Passenger Seats - Modification
10/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 25 September 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD, raised in 1978 against Rockwell International Service Bulletin (SB) No. SB-114-9, required a modification by installation of a placard on the pilot and front seat seatbacks indicating an additional passenger safety procedure during take-off and landing.

Compliance was within 100 hours TIS after 30 June 1978.

As and all affected aircraft would have been modified by now, this AD is no longer required.
