AD/Robin/26 ATL Rudder Bar Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/ROBIN/26.

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 2 July 2009.

Background:

This AD, raised in 1995 against Robin SA Service Bulletin (SB) SB No.11, required a modification to prevent jamming of the rudder bar.  Compliance was required within 50 hours TIS after 1 November 1995.

As all affected aircraft would have been inspected, and, if necessary, modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
