AD/Robin/1 Pilot Safety Harness Change of Straps Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/ROBIN/1.

AD/ROBIN/1 Pilot Safety Harness - Change of Straps 7/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 2 July 2009.

Background:

This AD, raised in 1978 against Etudes et Fabrications Aeronautiques Service Bulletin SB 6, required a modification by replacement of pilot safety harness
P/No. EFA 602-596 M2 or EFA 602-596-1 M2 with a serviceable approved harness.  Compliance was required within 100 hours TIS after 31 May 1978.

As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
