AD/RES/9 Unapproved Safety Belts and Harnesses Removal From Service Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/RES/9.

AD/RES/9 Unapproved Safety Belts and
Harnesses - Removal From Service 12/2007

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 22 November 2007.
Background:	This AD required removal from service before 1 January 1977 of seat belts with a locking action achieved by the belt webbing being wedged by spring pressure between two metal parts either of which is serrated or knurled.  As this is a once off compliance with all belts being removed from service, this AD is now obsolete.
