AD/RES/22 Amdt 1 Pacific Scientific Buckle Agricultural Aircraft Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/RES/22 Amdt 1.

AD/RES/22 Amdt 1 Pacific Scientific Buckle - Agricultural Aircraft 4/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 9 April 2009.

Background:

This unique Australian AD was raised in 1989 requiring replacement of Pacific Scientific safety harnesses and buckles used in agricultural aircraft with an alternative approved type.  Compliance was required before 31 December 1989.

As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
