AD/RES/2 Inertia Reels An-R-29 Inspection Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/RES/2.

AD/RES/2 Inertia Reels - AN-R-29 - Inspection 12/2007

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 22 November 2007.
Background:	This AD was issued in 1965 and required the inertia reel to be inspected every 12 months.  This was issued as a result of corrosion and wear occurring due to the ingress of foreign material such as superphosphate.  This AD was later superseded by AD/RES/5.
