Background: | This AD was a State of Design AD issued in 1964 and required modification of Mills quick release seat belts to ensure positive release under static loads. The State of Design National Airworthiness Authority responsible for the equipment, the UK CAA, has now cancelled the AD. The unsafe condition that the AD addresses no longer exists. |
