AD/RES/1 Safety Belt Mills Me 2095 Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/RES/1.

Restraint Equipment

AD/RES/1 Safety Belt - Mills ME 2095 - Modification 12/2007

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 22 November 2007.
Background:	This AD was a State of Design AD issued in 1964 and required modification of Mills quick release seat belts to ensure positive release under static loads.  The State of Design National Airworthiness Authority responsible for the equipment, the UK CAA, has now cancelled the AD.  The unsafe condition that the AD addresses no longer exists.
