AD/RAD/7 Marconi Automatic Loops Capacitor Insulation Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/RAD/7.

AD/RAD/7 Marconi Automatic Loops - Capacitor Insulation - Modification 4/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 9 April 2009.

Background:

This unique Australian AD was raised prior to 1964 against Marconi Mod. Leaflet No. AML 80 requiring all Marconi Automatic Loops Type 1324 and 1324A to be modified.

Compliance was before installation in an aircraft.

This AD has been sufficiently promulgated for the affected equipment to have been modified by now; therefore this AD is considered to be no longer required.
