AD/R22/36 Amdt 1 Main Rotor Blades 2 Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/R22/36 Amdt 1.

Robinson R22 Series Helicopters

AD/R22/36 Amdt 1 Main Rotor Blades - 2 7/2006

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 6 July 2006.
Background:	This AD is no longer required because all Robinson R22 helicopters now have new design P/N A016-4 blades fitted which are not susceptible to corrosion pitting due to their use of a stainless steel skin.  The old design P/N A016-2 blades were required to be removed by 1 April 2006 in accordance with AD/R22/53.
