AD/PW-P/17 Propeller Oil Feed Pipe - Modification 9/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 27 August 2009.

Background:

This unique Australian AD raised in 1967 against Commonwealth Aircraft Corporation Ceres Service Bulletin (SB) No. 41 required a modification by replacement of propeller oil feed pipe assembly with a more durable assembly.

Compliance was:  Installed Engines: Before installation in an aircraft following next overhaul completed after 2 November 1967.  Spare Engines:  Before installation in an aircraft after 2 November 1967.

Given the extended period this AD has been promulgated, and that affected engines would have been modified by now, this AD is considered to be no longer required.
