AD/Pitts S-2/3 Horizontal Stabiliser Bracing Attachment Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PITTS S-2/3.

Bracing Attachment - Modification 1/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 15 January 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD, issued in 1973, required modification of the horizontal stabiliser lower brace wire attachment strap in accordance with Pitts Service Bulletin No. 4.  The AD compliance was within 100 hours time in service after 31 August 1973.  As all affected aircraft would have been modified by now, the AD is no longer required.
