AD/PA-46/8 Turbocharger Oil Scavenge Reservoir Inspection/Modification, and Lower Cowl Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-46/8.

AD/PA-46/8 Turbocharger Oil Scavenge Reservoir Inspection/Modification, and Lower
Cowl Modification 4/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 9 April 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD specified inspection and modification of the turbocharger oil scavenge reservoir, and modification of the lower cowl, in accordance with Piper SB No. 790A at the next maintenance release inspection after March 1985.  The AD is no longer required.
