AD/PA-46/19 Amdt 1 Wing and Fuselage Structural Fatigue Limitations 1/2010

Requirement:

CANCELLED

This AD is cancelled on 12 February 2010.

Background:

This unique Australian AD specified retirement lives for the wing main spar lower cap and the fuselage pressure hull of models PA-46-310P and -350P.  Appropriate retirement lives for these two models and later models are now specified in the airworthiness limitations section of the maintenance manuals.  The AD duplicated the effect of Civil Aviation Orders, Section 100.5, sub-section 9 and is no longer required.
