AD/PA-46/11 De-Ice Pressure Control Valve Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-46/11.

AD/PA-46/11 De-Ice Pressure Control Valve 4/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 9 April 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD specified inspection of the de-ice pressure control valve in accordance with Piper SB No. 803A at every 25 and 50 hours time in service until kit Piper Part No. 765-159V and pressure control valve Part No. 845423-805 respectively are installed.  The AD has been in force since 1986 so it is no longer required.
