AD/PA-44/15 Wing and Carry-Through Structure Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-44/15.

AD/PA-44/15 Wing and Carry-Through Structure 6/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 4 June 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD specified retirement lives of the wing, wing carry-through structure, and the remainder of the structure.  Retirement lives are now provided in the airworthiness limitation section of the maintenance manual.  The AD duplicated the effect of Civil Aviation Orders, Section 100.5, sub-section 9, and is no longer required.
