AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-42/5.

AD/PA-42/5 Major Structural Fatigue Limitations 6/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 4 June 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD comprised an incomplete listing of retirement lives of fatigue critical items.  A complete listing of retirement lives is provided in the airworthiness limitation section of the maintenance manual.  The AD duplicated the effect of Civil Aviation Orders, Section 100.5, sub-section 9, and is no longer required.
