AD/PA-42/3 Tail Fin/Fuselage, Rivet Installation Replacement Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-42/3.

Rivet Installation - Replacement 4/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 9 April 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD specified replacement of rivets at the intersection of the tail fin and fuselage in accordance with Piper SB No. 765 within 100 hours time in service after September 1983.  The AD is no longer required.
