CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 9 April 2009.

Background:

This unique Australian AD, raised in 1995, specified periodic dye-penetrant inspection of the upper MLG housing lower side brace link lug in accordance with Piper SB No. 969 until installation of Piper Part No. 57680-09.  Compliance was required at intervals of 200 hours (in normal useage) or 100 hours (in training operations).  The defect database contains no reports related to this AD, so the AD is no longer required.
