AD/PA-42/20 Main Landing Gear Forward Side Brace Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-42/20.

AD/PA-42/20 Main Landing Gear Forward Side Brace 4/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 9 April 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD specified installation of Piper parts P/N 75245-14 and -15, inspection of those parts at intervals not exceeding 200 hours, and replacement at 3000 hours, in accordance with Piper SB No. 817C.  The AD applied to PA-42-1000 only.  Use of an AD to mandate this periodic maintenance is no longer warranted.
