AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-36/5 Amdt 1.

AD/PA-36/5 Amdt 1 Pre-Certification Requirements - Modifications 3/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 12 March 2009.

Background:

This unique Australian AD specified once-only modifications of the aircraft to ensure compliance with Section 101.22 of Civil Aviation Orders.  Compliance was required prior to issue of the initial certificate of airworthiness.  Section 101.22 was repealed in 1998.  The AD is no longer required.
