AD/PA-36/4 Flap Control Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-36/4.

AD/PA-36/4 Flap Control - Modification 3/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 12 March 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD specified once-only modification of the flap control in accordance with Piper SB No. 439 within 100 hours time in service after January 1975.  The AD is no longer required.
