AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-32/41.

AD/PA-32/41 Pre-Certification Requirements - Modification 3/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 13 March 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD required the installation of a placard specifying that smoking is prohibited during take-off, landing or refuelling operations.  This is an operational requirement covered by CAR 255 and CAO 20.16.3.
