Ad/PA-32/16 - Control Wheel Retaining Pin - Modification - Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-32/16.

Piper PA-32 (Cherokee Six) Series Aeroplanes

AD/PA-32/16 Control Wheel Retaining Pin - Modification 10/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 25 September 2008.
Background:	This AD specified Piper SB No. 295 which called for once-only modification of the control wheel.  This AD was based on USA AD 69-15-01.  The ADs and SB No. 295 required compliance in 1969 so the unsafe condition no longer exists.
