AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-32/11.

Piper PA-32 (Cherokee Six) Series Aeroplanes

AD/PA-32/11 Wing Rear Spar Attach Bolts - Inspection 10/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 25 September 2008.

Background:

This Directive specified Piper SB No. 261 which called for once-only inspection of wing rear spar attachment bolts, and replacement if necessary.  This Directive was not based on a US Directive.  This Directive and SB No. 261 required compliance in 1968 so the unsafe condition no longer exists.
