On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-31/58.

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 31 July 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD required once-only modification of the autopilot servo bridle clamp bolt in accordance with Piper SB No. 558.  The AD required compliance within 100 hours TIS after September 1977.  All affected aircraft have now been modified.
