On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-31/38.

Background: | This unique Australian AD required once-only modification of the heater solenoid shut-off valve. The AD required compliance within 100 hours TIS after December 1975. The AD was not based on a Piper service instruction. All affected aircraft have now been modified. |
