AD/PA-28/9 Battery Lead Attachment Inspection and Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-28/9.

AD/PA-28/9 Battery Lead Attachment - Inspection
and Modification 6/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 5 June 2008.
Background:	This Directive specified inspection, and possible modification, of the main electrical power supply cable in aircraft whose battery was installed aft of the luggage locker.  This Directive did not specify a US Directive or Piper service document.  This Directive was issued in 1966 so the unsafe condition no longer exists.
