AD/PA-28/88 Amdt 3 Aft Centre of Gravity Restriction Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-28/88 Amdt 3.

AD/PA-28/88 Amdt 3 Aft Centre of Gravity Restriction 7/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 3 July 2008.
Background:	This unique Australian AD required once-only modification of the wing in accordance with Piper SB No. 611 to restore the original aft CG limitation.  The AD required compliance by September 1991.  As all affected aircraft have now been modified this AD is no longer required.
