AD/PA-28/82 Rudder Torque Tube Attachment Fitting and Hardware Inspection Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-28/82.

and Hardware - Inspection 7/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 3 July 2008.
Background:	This unique Australian AD required a once-only inspection of the rudder torque tube attachment in accordance with Piper SB No. 699.  The AD required compliance within 100 hours time in service after July 1981.  As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
