AD/PA-28/69 Engine Cowling Drain Hole Provision Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-28/69.

AD/PA-28/69 Engine Cowling - Drain Hole Provision 7/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 3 July 2008.
Background:	This Directive specified Piper SB No. 580 which called for once-only modification to make a drain hole in the engine cowling.  This Directive was not based on a US Directive.  Compliance was required within 100 hours after February 1978 so the Directive is no longer required.
