AD/PA-28/53 Pre-Certification Requirements Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-28/53.

AD/PA-28/53 Pre-Certification Requirements - Modification 3/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 13 March 2008.
Background:	This unique Australian AD required the installation of a non-smoking placard and the installation and identification of fuelling equipment bond points in accordance with ANO 101.22.  As ANO 101.22 has been cancelled, the requirements of this directive are no longer appropriate or necessary.
