AD/PA-28/51 Aileron Centring Cable Inspection Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/PA-28/51.

AD/PA-28/51 Aileron Centring Cable - Inspection 7/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 3 July 2008.
Background:	This Directive specified Piper SB No. 435 which called for inspection at ten hour intervals until the aileron centring assembly was rebuilt in accordance with Piper Kit 760847V.  This Directive was based on US Directive 74-24-12.  This Directive and 74-24-12 were issued in 1974 so all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago.  Hence, this AD is no longer required.
